PRICE:

Please note that the final number of persons staying at the property must be reported immediately upon booking. The price includes rent, heating, electricity, water consumption, wi-fi internet, toilet paper, cleaners. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price and must be brought with guests. Up to 9 guests can stay in the house.

Supplements for short stays: 1-2 nights: +30%/night

Additional charge for bed linen rental fee 5/person, towels 3 EUR/person (reported at the time of booking)

Pets: 10 eur per pet/night (reported at the time of booking)

Arrivals/departures:

ARRIVALS: between 15 and 18 p.m.

DEPARTURES: up to 10 a.m.

After confirmation of the reservation from our side, we ask you to pay an advance in the amount of 30% - 50% of the total value of the accommodation (depending on the date), to our account no. TRR: SI56 0240 0208 1845 005 (NLB). The reservation is only valid after the advance payment has been made.
